Do I have to view an entire program to receive credit?

Yes, participants should view each module within a therapeutic tract before they apply for credit.

If I have to stop viewing a segment prior to completing it and want to come back and resume where I left off, can I start where I left off previously?

If you leave a segment without having completed it, and wish to come back later to finish it you will have to advance the video to where you left off previously. The system will not save your time-count and you may not advance unless the module is completed.

What are the software requirements to view webcast?

To view the webcast you should install Adobe Flash Player 9 or later. Download.
